Little Indian Kitchen- Potato Salad

Manju Mahli has the perfect quick recipe to enjoy after a long day.

Potato Salad 

  1. Heat pan on a medium heat
  2. Tip in butter
  3. Add potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  4. Fry until crispy on the edges
  5. As begging to brown, add coriander, cumin, fresh green chillies  
  6. Cook for a few minutes and transfer into a bowl
  7. Let cool
  8. Add chopped coriander leaves
  9. Add spring onions
  10. Add carrot ribbons
  11. Mix
  12. Serve with chutney and yogurt
