The Top Five Weirdest Fusion Foods

This month on Community Channel, Chef Roary’s Restaurant brings together 6 chefs from Trinidad and Tobago and 6 chefs from Canada to create culinary fusion. Expect delicious dishes with unexpected flavours from the many culinary influences each country has.

In this case fusion food is at its best and you will definitely want to try the dishes at home. But can fusion food be a fail? Can creativity with food get sometimes ummm… too creative to be good?

We’ve listed the five fusion dishes we found the weirdest. What do you think? What’s the weirdest fusion food you’ve ever had? Tell us every Friday using #FusionFoodFriday!
