Fifteen Foundation was founded in 2002 to take forward Jamie Oliver’s vision of offering young people, between the ages of 18 and 24, a unique opportunity to change their lives by becoming chefs. Fifteen’s purpose is two-fold: firstly to inspire disadvantaged young people, homeless, unemployed, overcoming drug or alcohol problems - to believe that they can create for themselves great careers in the restaurant industry, and secondly, for their customers to enjoy fantastic food and knowledgeable customer service.
