	Fifteen Foundation was founded in 2002 to take forward Jamie Oliver’s vision of offering young people a unique opportunity to change their lives by becoming chefs. Its aim is to inspire disadvantaged young people – homeless, unemployed, overcoming drug or alcohol problems - to believe that they can create for themselves great careers in the restaurant industry.
