Is primarily a mentoring scheme, designed to help motivate and inspire GCSE students mainly from the African-Caribbean ethnicity to realise their true potential, both academically and in their career aspirations. The programme is youth-led, innovative and offers development opportunities to the student (mentees) and mentors.
