On Saturday mornings teachers and volunteers spend three hours giving local children the extra tuition they need. The volunteers don't need any special training; they just need to be enthusiastic and to give up a bit of their time on a regular basis. The school is hoping to start two new projects for African-Caribbean and Pakistani-Yemeni children.
