Responds to the needs of the
Irish Community in North London such as preventing isolation and loneliness.
They need volunteers to complement the work of the Older Persons Outreach
Project. Volunteering opportunities include befriending an older person
or assisting in classes teaching art or computing. They also have links
with Brent Deaf People's Limited so that some volunteers can learn sign
language to communicate with older deaf Irish people living in the area.
It is currently funded by Volunteering England.
