A marathon walking expedition
which begins in April in the Gobi Desert and finishes 4000 kilometres and
six months later at the Yellow Sea. One woman, Karen Churches, will walk
from start to finish and will be joined along the way by people walking
alongside her in two increments. Celebrity walkers and supporters include
Michael Palin, Richard Branson, Paul Ross and Anthea Turner. All the money
raised will go to NCH.
