Was formed in the early 1980’s
to address the sports, social and cultural needs of the local community.
The facilities are provided in a Sikh community centre in Forest Gate and
Barrington Playing Fields and supplemented by the use of a number of local
schools, parks and local leisure centres. A variety of sports facilities
including coaching are available in the following sports: Hockey (indoor
& outdoor), table tennis, badminton, squash, football, archery and golf.
