The Ken Lovell Fund was set
up to improve the care of patients with cancer of the membranes around the
lung (the 'pleura') and other pleural diseases. This supports the Oxford
Specialist Pleural Nurse at the Churchill Hospital, as well as providing
equipment and information packs for patients and carers.
