Information:

The DIVO Project (Digital Interactive Video Online) uses a creative digital
video dialogue to promote intercultural understanding between geographically
remote groups.

The project was launched in 2004 and successfully brought together young
Islamic women from the deprived area of Nima in Accra, Ghana and inner-city
students from Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School for Girls in London, UK.

The DIVO project is committed to relocating remote and marginalised groups
to the centre of the communication process and giving their voices a global
platform. We are currently working on developing the DIVO methodology for
use in the KS3 & 4 and FE Citizenship curriculum.
