To take part you must:

• Be aged 16 years or older and must be able to follow instructions, be fit and healthy and not of a nervous disposition.
• You must be under 16 stone (102kg) and over 6 stone (38kg) in weight
• You must be prepared to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship

No experience is necessary, and all equipment and instruction will be provided on the day by Adventure Challenge Events.
