Volunteer Acquisitions Administrative Assistant


This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining experience in an administrative role in broadcast television. You will be assisting the Head of Acquisitions in a small, busy team.

We are looking for enthusiastic people with an interest in television and experience in an office environment, with excellent administration and computer skills.

Role Description:
• Client liaison
• Data entry of music information for programmes
• Programme data entry into our database
• Sending out contracts and delivery forms for clearance
• Some filing and keeping accurate records
• Other administrative duties as required

Person specification:
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Good literacy skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to juggle many projects and work to tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of all basic computer software systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and experience of using databases
• Knowledge of the television and charity industries would be an advantage

Duration:
3 Months. Basic expenses paid.
