Take three schools, five weeks, £250 and the challenge is on!

The challenge, that is, to come up with the best social enterprise idea and the initiative and skills to implement it in such a way that the Dragons' Den-style judging panel will vote it the winning project in the final showdown.

Who took up the Challenge?

Giving Nation chose three schools to take part in their TV Challenge - Phoenix High School in West London, Wilmington Enterprise College in Kent and Highfields School in Derbyshire.  With £250 in hand, each school had just a few weeks to launch their venture to the public.

They had to build their teams, do market research, organise their finances, do publicity and finally launch their project.  Then they had to go to the City of London where the three teams made their presentations to a panel of leading social entrepreneurs.  And the winner is....

The three teams
...and the winnner is?
