Up for Arts

watch nowwatch now

More than half the adults in the UK are involved in the voluntary arts and crafts and it's time for the rest of us to get involved too!  Arts and Crafts are for everyone to enjoy.

There are no limitations. Anyone can start up a group, no matter what your background or experience.

It could be two individuals getting together and learning to paint or play the guitar. It could be a group activity. Anything creative can be described either as arts or crafts.

It can include projects such as drama, music, singing, and crafts such as weaving and tapestry or visual arts such as film-making and photography to name a few.

Maybe you want to learn about how to get a project off the ground or are already in a group and want to attract more members, and more resources.

If so watch the Up For Arts film in the video box, and hear from the director, Waheed Khan
