Sun over the Isle of Bute and Ripple have jointly won our Click to Win competition.  Congratulations to the two photographers concerned.

And a big thank-you to all those who uploaded photos in this competition.  We enjoyed them all and found it very difficult to choose between them.  All of the entries can be seen in the Click Gallery.

Here are the winning entries and what our judge, photographer Robert Taylor, said about them:

Sun Over the Isle of Bute by Jennifer Doig.  Robert says: "An unusual and fascinatingly brooding landscape that uses light to capture a mood as evocatively as a very fine painting".

Ripple by Jeanne Smith.  Robert says: "A photographer taking great pleasure in just looking. One is tempted to forget that it's a photograph and make more gentle ripples".
