Danny Nasipour is 27 and has Down's Syndrome.  He's got many artistic talents and lives a full, independent life.

Danny has enjoyed painting and drawing for many years. He also performs in local pubs as a poet and gigs with a local punk rock band as their singer.

Danny also has a role in professional theatre with Heart n Soul, a London based international touring theatre group.

The film, titled The Ups of Down's was made by his mother, Ali Smith, and is a portrait of how sociable, independent and fulfilled life can be for Down's syndrome people given the love and support of family and friends.
