These are the Terms and Conditions for the free Prize Draw for the Channel's Britain in Bloom Competition, 26 September - 15 October 2007

1. The competition is open to all UK-based participants.  Employees (or family members of employees) of any Media Trust company, companies associated with the Promotion and/or affiliates of such companies (collectively “the Companies”) may not enter. 

2. To take part in the competition you need to answer the question, supply the requested information and submit your entry. 

3. Unless stated otherwise there is only one entry per person.

4. Closing date for entries is noon on Monday 15 October 2007. 

5. The winners will be the persons whose correct entries are drawn first.

6. The winners will be notified by email or by post shortly after 15 October 2007. 

7. The two prizes are: A pair of tickets to the 2008 RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show on Saturday 12 July 2008, and the RHS Grow Your Own Veg book.  Prizes provided by the Royal Horticultural Society.

8. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non transferable.

9. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.

10. The Channel will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

11. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, then the Channel reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

12. Participants in the competition must be resident in the United Kingdom.

13. The Channel's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants.  No correspondence will be entered into.  Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.

14. The name and photograph of the winner may be used by the Channel and its associated companies - with discretion and consultation with the winner -  for post-event publicity purposes.

15. The Channel will keep details of any entry that you make.  By entering the competition you allow us to see this information which may be used by the Channel for market research purposes and to send you information by email about our products/services.
