Community Channel is presenting a season of mentoring programmes and mentoring shorts throughout December to celebrate its growing popularity.
Surrounding critically acclaimed programmes (see below) are contributions from a range of individuals from the world of media, sport, art and business, including Dragons' Den entrepreneur, Levi Roots, M T Rainey of Horsesmouth.co.uk, Alex Corkran from Springback and Tim Campbell of The Apprentice fame. Mentoring is a relationship developed between mentor and mentee which involves the mentor sharing their experiences to help the mentee achieve a specific aim or goal. Rewarding, empowering, powerful, inspiring and honest are some of the words used to describe the mentoring experience.
