Meet Karl, a young boy being assessed by the Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health.

Professor David Skuse from Great Ormond Street Hospital talks about the patients they see - some of who are of normal intelligence but have autistic problems. He questions the width of the autistic spectrum as it stands and says that up to one third of children being excluded from school could have a significant autistic disorder.
