This 50 minute programme tells the stories of seven Bangladeshi families who are battling to survive the devastating effects of climate change.

This global phenomenon is causing flooding in Bangladesh's coastal region due to a rise in sea levels, often washing away whole villages, leaving barren soil and destitute people in its wake.

Aklima Shorder is 25 and lives with her family in Dhulia province. Their house, land and livelihoods were washed away with the floods.

Poverty often forces rural people to move to the cities to find a better life. Nurunahar and her family migrated to Dhaka but life there is no better - they live in an urban slum as they try to earn enough to survive.

The Bangladeshi government has introduced a policy to try and re-allocate new land to those who have lost theirs. However, the film shows that exploitation by the rich landowners is preventing poorer families gaining what they need.
