This week on 'Your Sport' we hear from the man in charge of government spending on community sport, there's an inspiring story of empowerment through football in Birmingham and we go On Camp with Dame Kelly Holmes.

Burnham on Sport
We hear the thoughts of Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport Andy Burnham MP.  He talks about the success of team GB at the Beijing Olympics, funding for community sport in the run up to London 2012 and how he plans to get more people participating in sport.

Girl Power
At 15 Laura Schmid was going truant from her Birmingham school and on course for a life of few opportunities. We see how a love of football proved to be the catalyst for a change in direction that means Laura is now flourishing.

Your Stories
Your Sport will be championing user-generated stories. This week with the help of our partners at ITV Local we have footage of a BMX event in Hampshire, a basketball project in Yorkshire and a snowboarding competition in Norfolk.

On Camp with Kelly
Four years ago double Olympic Champion Dame Kelly Holmes set up a mentoring programme for aspiring young athletes. We hear from Dame Kelly and her proteges during the camps which took place in the UK and beyond during 2008.
