The London Youth Games, which started back in the 1977, sees young people competing for their borough in over 30 different sports. We hear about the event from a former competitor, Christine Ohuruogu the newly crowned Olympic 400 metre champion.

From the Bottle to the Cup
Three years ago a drink problem meant David Duke had hit rock bottom. We hear how an involvement with the Homeless World Cup and its ambassadors such as Eric Cantona have helped turn his life around.
