This week Olympic champion Tommie Smith talks about life after his infamous black power salute 40 years ago, disabled martial arts expert Andy Wright tells his inspirational story and we're in Africa to see educational programme Play Soccer in action.


Olympic Legend in London

Dr Tommie Smith is famous for the black poer salute he made on the podium at the 1968 Olympic Games.  Now a professor and campaigner he's been in London to talk to young people about breaking down barriers beteen communities.  Your Sport's Theone Coleman went to talk to him.


Andy Wright

Born with cerebral palsy Andy Wright decided to learn to defend himself after being attacked as a teenager.  We hear about his journey to become a karate black belt and a Tai Chi expert.


Play Soccer

Play Soccer is a pan-African grassroots community programme that aims to make the world a better place for young people.  We see how through football participants are being educated about health and other vital life skills.
