This week Your Sport talks to former Olympic champion Linford Christie and the organisation he set up called Street Athletics.

Linford Christie
We hear from Linford Christie the 100m gold medallist at the Barcelona Olympics in 1992. Since retiring he has worked as a coach helping Darren Campbell and Katherine Merry win Olympic medals.

The athlete describes the ups and downs of his career and tells us about the Street Athletics project he set up with fellow sprinter Darren Campbell.

Street Athletics
Street Athletics project is a series of community focussed events held across Britain where young people get to race over 60 metres. The aim is to encourage participants and give them the opportunity to broaden their horizons.

Passion for Sport
We also find out about Linford's passion for sport from some of the 48 year-old's current training partners.
