This week on Your Sport we visit a grassroots football project in Nepal, get a second taste of tag rugby in Zambia and our young reporters meet some of the UK's top cyclists.

Football in the Mountains 
In the shadow of the Himalayas a football project is helping disadvantaged young people get their lives on track. The Sahara club in Nepal provides a vital focus for local 20-25 year-olds. We see how it works. 

Tag Rugby in Zambia - Episode 2
The second film of the Tag Rugby Development Trust's trip Zambia at the end of last year. Volunteers from the UK and Africa coach local primary school children from the town of Kitwe and then prepare them for a tournament.
