Seize the Day

Seize the Day is a short film in which Daymon Britton finds out what really matters to men, and in particular to those rushing headlong towards a midlife crisis.

With the help of 100 men, he's drawn up a list of the top ten things men must do before they die. And to find out whether it's the definitive list, he decides to check it by undertaking each task himself. Will he emerge a better man?

There's no guessing what his first task wii be - yes, it's driving a red Ferrari! Watch Seize the Day to find out what makes men tick.

The project was made by Pyramid Media UK and is part of Northern Film & Media's Capture 2009 scheme, which supports films inspired by North East communities and people.

Capture 2009 is a partnership between Northern Film & Media, Community Channel and Channel 4's FourDocs.
