No Ifs, Ands or Butts

Hal Branson has tried to give up smoking four times. This time he's decided he needs a different approach.

Punishment, he feels, is the key, so he's set himself the task of picking up a cigarette butt for every cigarette he's ever smoked.

And that's a whopping 69,350 between the ages of 14 and 30.

Follow this personal story and find out whether Hal's novel idea helps him keep the hardest of resolutions.
