This film charts the adventures of twelve young trailblazers as they leave home behind to embark on the adventure of a lifetime.

They swap home comforts for home sickness and learn how to survive in the wild.

One hundred young people leave the comfort of their homes in Northern Ireland for the snake filled jungles of Costa Rica.

Organised by Raleigh International the trip has them wading through mosquito infested rivers and warding off giant spiders while suffering the effects of food-poisoning.

Ten Weeks in Costa Rica

This inspirational series shows the contrasting emotions that young people have to deal with, and how they can both evolve as people and overcome their preconceived ideas about their peers for the better.
