For your film to be broadcast on the Channel, you'll need to fill in some paperwork. We've done our best to keep the documentation to a minimum - but as we have to obey The Ofcom Broadcasting Code we can't broadcast any programmes for which we don't have a completed set of documents.
Basic Information Form
This is a one page form designed for people who are looking to submit their film to the Community Channel to be considered for broadcast.
Please print off and fill in the form, then sent it in with a copy of your film on DVD. Please note, our Aquisitions Department is a small team, but we will always contact you whatever the outcome (although it might take some time!)

Please post your form with the DVD of your film(s) to:

If your film is suitable, the remaining documents below need to be supplied:
Release Form
If you're about to make, or have just made, a film please use this document and get all of the contributors within your film to sign it. We don't need to see the signed release forms you obtain, but should there be any problems further down the line we do need access to them.

Programme Delivery Form
The Programme Delivery Form is the big form you'll fill out for us if we decide your film is suitable for the Channel. If you're stuck, read the Delivery Form Notes below. Please make sure that you give us everything that is listed in this form otherwise it will hold up your transmission date.
