Adventure, Help and Opportunities for Youth (AHOY) is a charity which uses the medium of sailing to breakdown barriers and bring people together from many different walks of life. It primarily works with disadvantaged young people and people with disabilities. This film was made by Sarah Jobling. Part of Series 4 of the Volunteer Films project.
