Together reserves the right to (i) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (ii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and entrants agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

Spring Hilton stay Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
This free prize draw is being run by Together.
The Free Prize Draw opens at 10.00am on Wednesday 29th March 2017 and all entries must be received by the Promoter by 10am on Wednesday 11th April 2018 (the “Free Prize Draw Period”). Entries received by the Promoter outside the Free Prize Draw Period will not be entered.

2. Eligibility Criteria
This Free Prize Draw is only open to entrants aged 18 or over at the time of entry who reside in the UK and Channel Islands. The Promoter reserves the right to request evidence of the identity and age of any entrant.
Employees of the Together TV, their holding companies, associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with this free prize draw (including the judging panel and third party promotional partners) are excluded from entering this free prize draw.
By entering this free prize draw, you agree to abide by each and all of these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude any party and withhold prizes for violating any of these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and any amendments to them will be published on the Promoter’s website.
Entries submitted after the Free Prize Draw Period will not be valid.
Incomplete, false, or fraudulent entries or those that do not conform to all terms of the Eligibility Criteria will be invalid.
By entering the Free Prize Draw, any subsequent Winner agrees to allow the free use of their name, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Promoter or any associated or subsidiary company of the Promoters.
If any person is determined to have actually or allegedly breached any of these Terms they may be disqualified. If the Winner is disqualified, the Promoters reserve the right to select a winner via the relevant judging panel.
3. Selection Process
The Winner will be selected randomly from all the correct entries.
The Winner will be contacted via phone and by email by Friday 4th May 2018. If the winner has not responded within 3 days of the Promoter’s first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a another entrant that will be then selected as set out above.
4. The Prize
- There is one prize for the Winner.
- The prize is accommodation, either for a 1 or 2 night stay for 2 persons including breakfast at a hotel in the United Kingdom, Ireland or mainland Europe, unless otherwise stated, in the form of vouchers.
- Travel is not included.
- Extras are not included and must be settled by the Winner on departure from the hotel.
- Bookings once chosen and agreed with Together TV are not exchangeable and not refundable
- Specific terms and conditions, blackout dates and expiry dates apply as featured on each voucher and must be adhered to by the purchasing charitable cause and by the Winner.
- Vouchers cannot be extended; the stated expiry date is final.
- If a hotel terminates and the voucher cannot be honoured, the voucher provider (DM Thomas Foundation for Young People) will seek to replace the voucher.
- Re-selling the Voucher on ebay™ or other public auction or sales site is strictly prohibited and you risk invalidating the Voucher.
- Bookings must be made directly with the hotel, as directed on the Voucher. A confirmation email will be sent by the accommodation provider once the booking is made, with its own standard Terms and Conditions.
- Hilton Prizes are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranty of any kind are non-transferable. Hilton Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or substituted in any manner by any Hilton Prize winner; provided, however, Hilton reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable. Hilton Prize winners and their travel companions, if applicable, must travel on the same itinerary.
- Prizes are subject to availability and hotels cannot guarantee the accommodation of requested dates. Embargo dates and other restrictions may apply and are subject to change.
- Voucher winners must have valid travel documents (e.g., government issued I.D., passport, etc.) prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. Winner and his/her travel companion are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Hilton is not liable for any travel expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the Hilton Prize winner and travel companion, if applicable, from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Hilton Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided.
- Hilton Prize winners are responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or passenger facility charges, all insurance, federal, state, provincial, local and foreign taxes, if any, gratuities, meals, incidental charges and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize. Hilton Prize winners and travel companion are responsible for the full cost of transportation to and from the closest major airport and the Hilton Prize winner’s place of residence. Hilton is not responsible for the Hilton Prize winner’s companion’s transportation to the Hilton Prize winner’s place of residence.
The prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the manufacturer, supplier and/or prize provider. By participating, entrants agree that the prize is awarded on an “as is” basis and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize. No cash or other alternative to the prize is available and it is non-exchangeable and non-transferable but in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a similar prize of equal or greater value.
6. General Terms:
There is no additional cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the free prize draw. Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of Promoter, or their employees, Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the Winners’ enjoyment of the prize
The winner of the free prize draw (Winner) is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize in accordance with these Terms, and if they are unable to do so, the Promoters reserve the right to reselect the winner.
Entry is free
At the Promoter’s sole discretion, any entry into the Free Prize Draw may be used by the Promoter for promotional or marketing purposes and by entering the Free Prize Draw, entrants hereby grant the Promoter an exclusive, sub-licensable worldwide licence in all copyright and other intellectual property in or arising out of their entry to the Free Prize Draw, for the full duration of such rights, to use, publish, distribute, broadcast, display, make available, copy and modify the entry in all media whether existing or hereinafter devised, in particular all digital and online media, printed media, social media for such marketing and promotional purposes.
Entrants also hereby agree to irrevocably and unconditionally waive any and all moral and similar rights vesting in their entry to the Free Prize Draw and to undertake to execute all such documents and do such further acts as are reasonably required by the Promoter to perfect the licence of all rights and interests referred to in these Terms and Conditions to the Promoter. Entrants hereby represent and warrant that they have all rights necessary to grant the rights provided for in this paragraph and that all materials forming part of their entry to the Free Prize Draw, and any use of such materials by or on behalf of the Promoter, comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and do not infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
By participating in this Free Prize Draw entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter) and by the Promoter’s decisions, which are final in all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Free Prize Draw and/or the results and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Save where it has been negligent, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from entrants' entry into the Free Prize Draw or their acceptance and/or use of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are lost, corrupted, damaged, not received or delayed or which cannot be sent due to technical errors, network, computer hardware, system or software failures and/or interruptions of service or for any other reason. Proof of sending an email will not be accepted as proof of receipt by the Promoter. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete personal details provided by an entrant. Incomplete entries or those not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
By entering this Free Prize Draw , you agree to the use of your name, and photograph for publicity purposes on social media channels, websites and in any other media and you agree to appear at publicity events without any additional compensation and as required by the Promoter.
By entering this. Free Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Wufoo and agree to release Wufoo from any liability in relation to the Free Prize Draw or its administration.
Any participation instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Free Prize Draw in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Free Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Free Prize Draw. The Promoter is not responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by the Promoter to provide the prize or otherwise that may cause the Free Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted, or that may lead to loss or damage of the prize in transit to the winner.
