On Episode 8 of Your Sport we explore the London Mini Marathon. To run the official London Marathon you have to be at least 18 years old, so younger people are encouraged to run the Mini Marathon, this year over 2000 11-17 years old entered the race. Deon Namiseb is a sportsman who's had to overcome a range of problems. Now having won a silver medal at the Special Olympics, the namibian footballer is helping other young disabled people get the most out of their lives.


Cash 4 Clubs is a scheme that, as the name suggests, gives clubs cash. The scheme helped launch football club The Dads and Lads in East London. Swimmer Giles Long has won a host of medals including two Paralympics Golds. Now retired the proud Londoner is promoting what the city can offer people during the 2012 games. The Tag Rugby Trust introduces children from the developing world to the benefits of the sport they wouldn't otherwise experience. Watch the final part about a recent trip to Uganda.
