Filmmakers Jamie Gallant and Vern Cummins pack their passport and zip up their raincoat to meet the unique, independent people who call 51 degrees south their home – the Falkland Islands.
The film shares the experiences of the residents of the British-administered islands, exploring the lives of communities struggling to preserve a traditional way of life in an increasingly modern world.
It is a documentary which has been set against the backdrop of stunning scenery – a world far apart from the 1982 conflict associated with the region
